CBS strives to maintain maximum 24hrs response times on any service calls. 4hr response times on 'server down' or other critical failures are typical although not guaranteed. Emergency rates of $125/hr may apply (nights and weekends, cancellation of prior commitments, etc...)

Terms are net 15 days for customers with successful credit applications. High volume accounts should take advantage of our Pre-Paid Plan. Credit card terms are preferred if a credit card is available to the organization (always pre-approved - no surprise bills or charges). Due to low margins on hardware, we must require C.O.D. terms.
